Central Normal School is a vibrant learning environment where we encourage whanau to share all learning with their tamariki. There are regular events that enable students to demonstrate their increasing understanding across all curriculum areas.
We offer quality teaching and learning by providing diversity and variety throughout our teaching teams. Each team provides stimulating and exciting learning opportunities for students making use of modern learning environments and ICT.
At Central Normal School classrooms are colourful, organised and reflect children’s learning.

Mark is currently the Year 5/6 Team Leader at Trentham School, Upper Hutt and he has a passion for student centred learning and a great enthusiasm for sport. We also conducted our interview process for our new Reo Rua (bilingual) teacher and we are delighted to share that we have employed Mahina Law (Mahi).
