Central Normal School Newsletter

December 3rd, 2009

Thank you to Pak n Save and New World Supermarkets for supporting the Yummy Sticker promotion.  As you can see Central Normal’s children have kept healthy by eating yummy apples. They have collected lots of stickers for the wonderful sports gear they have been able to get from the promotion.

Over due Sports Fees

If your child has unpaid fees for 2009 please pay before the end of term.  We support children who play sports organised through the school.  This means the Board of Trustees must find the money for registration of teams, therefore it is essential that fees are paid by the players.

Sports Uniforms

Please ensure your child/ren has returned any school tee shirts etc.  We need all sports uniforms back at school before the end of the year.

Mork & Mindys Fish and Chip Shop

Congratulations to the Liu Family for their award for the best chips in the Manawatu!  Mork & Mindys has long been a supporter of Central Normal’s newsletter covers.

Variety Bikes for Kids Tour

Congratulations to Selena , Anastacia  and Tryton . They were recipients of a Raleigh bike, helmet, safety vest and t-shirt at the Variety Bikes for Kids Presentation at Roslyn School last week.  All children were selected by teachers for their focus and determination in the classroom and consideration for others.
